Mondrian South Beach absolutely exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the service felt elevated, personal, and effortlessly luxurious. Staying in the Penthouse was an experience in itself. Breathtaking views, stunning design, and the perfect mix of modern glamour and comfort. Waking up to the Miami skyline and water views felt unreal. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is unmatched. The pool scene was beautiful, the ambiance was upscale without feeling pretentious, and every detail gave luxury. The Penthouse was spacious, immaculate, and truly made our Miami trip unforgettable. It felt private, exclusive, and worth every moment. What really stood out was the hospitality. The staff was attentive, welcoming, and made sure every part of our stay felt special. Loved the food, cocktails, staff and vibes. Beautiful ocean bay view. Room slightly dated (paint, chips in furniture) not an issue for me. Will be back again for sure. Spa was amazing and treated to so many glasses of champagne complimentary!!! Thank you Mondrian and Baia Beach Club.
