The staff at the hotel was great! The room was small but who needs time in a room when the beach area has so much to do. Great pool, great Mexican restaurant.

Loved my stay there - room was great I really enjoyed the open space with in favor of a closet. The pool was great and als the rooftop. Super close to the beachwalk and ocean drive.

The room was a bit small. Not enough room to walk between the wall n bed. No where to put 4 suitcases let alone 2 suitcases. Other then that, it was very hip and upbeat. Check in and check out was smooth and painless. The room was clean

Checkin took too long. Arrived at 11 and was put on a call list for when room was ready. No call received. Checked back at 3, room was still being cleaned. Came back at 4 and there was a line up of 20-30 people. Rooms clean. Friendly service.

Beautifully appointed chic hotel in prime location near downtown action and the beach. Wonderfully maintained and very clean. Plenty of common areas for guests to lounge and relax.

Beach view was far having to look over the top of buildings I Loved the accessibility to restaurants, souvenir shops and convenience stores. I enjoyed my stay in South Beach as well as the tour and the pool.
