New Penthouse Downtown Heated pool & jacuzzi

This penthouse is right in the heart of downtown Miami Brickell . Beautiful balcony view of the city . Less than 5 minute walk to all the attractions. Free Metro train shuttle.
HEATED POOL AND JACUZZI. 24 HRS GYM

Once you get to the property click on the butterfly kiosk and click the button for concierge to let you in . Walk over to the key cafe kiosk to your left on the wall to pickup your keys.
Return KEY FOB to KEY CAFE . If keys are not returned it will be a 300.00 replacement fee added to the checkout invoice.

NO SMOKING /NO VAPING/E CIGARETTES is allowed in the unit, this is a NON SMOKING BUILDING , if there a sign of smoking, there will be an additional 1,000.00 cleaning fee attached to Invoice.

Strict NO PET policy in effect, if any sign of pets in the unit there will be a fine of 500.00 attached to the check out invoice.

Have KEY FOB with you at ALL TIMES, as the door automatically LOCKS upon closure and there is a 300.00 replacement fee during your stay.
