This completely renovated apartment has a private balcony with ocean, pool & garden views. Large screen TV's in the living room and bedroom with DirecTV and all smart TV features. Corner quiet side of the building direct ocean views. Bedroom has 2 queen size beds, linens and all you need for your vacation. One month minimum rental, fast online approval. Rent Includes, high speed internet, digital cable, water, electricity, 2 parking spaces, one valet parking, one self-parking in the covered garage. Beach chairs and umbrellas for you use are in the apartment. Well managed. Conveniently located with shops, entertainment, many chef's restaurants just steps away.
