I imagine the owner has multiple apts in the same building because the images from the post did not look anything like the one I stayed in. First impression was that everything was dirty, there was a closet with broken doors, just two bathing towels, the bathroom was soooo old and smelled like pee. The bathroom cabinet was old wood and looked like it had gone through or a lot of humidity damage or termites. The bottom of the bathroom door was disgusting, everytime one would close the door there was a trail of dirt and hair. The bathtub was falling in pieces. The bed would creek, vouldnt turn the fan on because it looked as if it was gonna fall. The AC was old but at least worked. The dished were poorly cleaned. I honestly dont think anyone cleaned the apt which is sad because it is so small and has potential. My sister and I broomed the floor a bit and took out the bathroom rug to the sun which was the thing that smelled like pee. The only thing that this place had going for them was the location and the checkin process. But they should give a bit of more time for checkout since checkin is at 4pm and they really need to find a better person to clean as well as provide more than 2 towels and they should have kitchen towels, also more toilet paper. I wouldnt go here again. It is too expensive and too lacking of maintanence.
