Very nice location. Apartment is nice... awesome view. Very close to the beach. Building has a supermarket inside. Very convenient. Really a great place to be and enjoy the view and the beach.

Me and my family loved it it was beautiful the apartment was beautiful nice and spacious my favorite part was the balcony and the heated pool and the building had a little grocery store on the first floor that have everything you need in there plus more. The people was so nice and polite and the communication was great anything I needed I got ASAP overall I will definitely come back to this place soon very soon great location close to the beach is walking distance great experience the only thing was parking was a little difficult but as my days went I got used to it great place great people overall 10/10

Good Time!
Had a great time staying at this property. Perfect location and really liked our condo. Building rules seems straight forward at first but would have appreciated some additional assistance in understanding parking for instance as one of the valet guys wasnt very kind but besides that overall a good time.

DO NOT STAY HERE, GUIlLERMO THE HOST IS BEYOND RUDE - DIRTY APARTMENT. This stay was a nightmare. Guillermo the host was beyond rude, totally dismissive of the several problems the condo has, he offers things that are not included and gets upset if you ask for them. He makes it very clear that he hates his job. The AC unit did not work, the floors were full of grease to the point that you fall when you walk, very dangerous for children or elderly. The bed sheets and towels were dirty and old with a foul smell. The mattresses smelled bad and had bed bugs!!!! The master bedroom door has a whole and does not close. PlEASE Do NOt stay here! I do not understand how expedia offers this place.

We had a very bad experience with this guest. This guest had been complaining for everything. The A/C was working perfectly, he wanted to put at 50 degrees when it was 100 degrees outside. The apartment was perfectly clean and as he complaint we offered him to send the housekeeper again to clean it and he refused it. Then he complaint about the TV's saying that they didn't work . We went over there and all 3 tv's were working without any problem.

The apartment(805) location was GREAT because I was able to watch the sun rise every morning from the balcony! Now! WORST!! Upon arrival apartment was dirty we had to clean it dishes were dirty we had to clean them, kitchen bare bare barely stocked with supplies had to go buy some!! Front desk youngsters are there for their looks not their expertise! CU7 management company never there to work out our problems, management company never return calls and Expedia couldn't do any thing to help us!! BEWARE!!

Hi. Sorry to hear that. We provide the apartments clean, if you had problems with the cleaning you should contacted us. You never contacted us regarding the cleaning. We have a housekeeper team in house and we could send them to your unit. You went to the front desk that they don’t work with our company.

Very nice customer service, pool area amazing, nice people. Apartment was nice but there are some major things needed.Shower walls were dirty like the bathroom was not cleaned properly with cleaning products stains were almost molded.Sofa needs to be replaced couldn’t seat on it unless I was willing for the peeling to be attached to my clothes. No heat in apartment. Even though it’s spring break getting ready for bed is hard when you can’t adjust temperature 😊

The cleaning ladies did the best they could with what they had to deal with. We had to use a bed sheet on the couch and on the sofa chair, it was so dirty. One of us slept in his clothes because the mattress had a bad smell. I will not recommend to stay there. We only stayed there because it was already paid and it could not be re-imbursed.

Dear guest, You should contacted us if you found something that it was not properly cleaned and we were sending you the housekeeper inmediately but we never received you call. The apartment was cleaned and inspected. Problems sometimes appears and we do always our best to help our guests.

The property’s staff are very friendly. Everything in the apartment is clean and new. I loved the neighborhood and the view from the balcony. The apartment has furnitures and bed very comfortable. Definitely I’ll stay in this property for my vacation in Miami. The only thing I would like you to include is one more parking when renting an apartment for more than 4 people. Overall, I loved my staying at this property.

Tout ce qui est indiqué dans la description est vrai et est reellement inclus dans la chambre... Toutefois, les photos ne sont absolument pas représentatives de la chambre. L'immeuble doit dater des années 1980 et tout dans la chambre semble d'origine, de la peinture aux tapis murs à murs. La salle de bain principale était completement désuete et les murs couverts de moissisure. De plus, ne vous attendez pas aux services d'un hotel car il s'agit d'un condo... pas de nettoyage, pas de changement de serviettes, pas de savon. Prévoyer ammener votre papier de toilette, car une fois les deux rouleaux initialement dans la chambre terminés, vous enaurez pas d'autres. Trės décevant et définitivement pas un hotel quatre étoiles... Je ne comprends pas qu'Expédia puisse tolérer une fausse représentation pareile sur son site

It was a quick walk to the beach. We had a great view of the ocean from our balcony. Check in was a bit confusing. It was difficult communicating with staff. They did not speak English clearly. We were never given fobs for unlocking gates on property. The condo we rented did not match the pictures or description we looked at when we booked. Sent several emails to them that they never answered. Check out was listed as 11:00am but we were sent an email day before checkout where they told us 10:00. It was a decent place but not what we were expecting. Need to update photos on website to match the specific apartment. Only provided 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 garbage bag, no hand soap, & no beach towels, which were listed that there would be 2.

Good afternoon. The apartment we have provided it was the same apartment the guest booked. If he doesn’t see the pictures that we booked then it is not our problem. Check out it is at 11:00AM . It is listed on Expedia, it was sent by email that check out was at 11AM . Inside the apartment says it is at 11AM . Regarding the personal staff, we have provided toilet paper, garbage bad , hand soap and beach towels. We provided all of this as a courtesy ( You are renting an apartment - NOT a Hotel room) . On the apartment you have free parking, Full kitchen , bigger apartments , it is something completely different .

The living room and kitchen were pretty clean and modern looking. Really liked the feel of the place. The bedrooms could have been a little cleaner and better. The beds were really hard. The kitchen appliances were top notch, and the gym and pool were nice. Location was also convenient.

Mistreated in every way
I travel often and this was the worst first impression I have ever had. I truly feel you should take this property off your list. The associates checking you in are very rude and unhelpful. I went to the manager and experienced the same. The next morning I made a meeting with the owner of the property and all I heard was excuses on why these things are happening. I felt I was being mistreated because I was white and was not shocked when I looked on google reviews and it was full of the same opinions. Could barely relax due to all the frustrations. The property is nice but the people within its walls are sometimes of the worst this industry has to offer.

Do not stay here, you have been warned!
Stayed 3 nights early March, delayed review until now, as being a very reasonable person, was awaiting a compensation claim via hotels.com. This has come to nothing; hotel/rental co. (Flatsaway) dismissed this. Therefore, having used hotels.com for over 100 nights in the past 3 years, I now feel compeled for the first time ever to leave a review; Check in took over two hours; firstly waiting in line for ages as a lady was livid as she couldn’t access anywhere due to fualty access keyfobs. Then ourselves having the same keyfob issues, twice trying to access building after parking and unloading/loading our luggage back into the car and having our keyfobs reset at reception. Eventually gave up; parked outside main entrance and unloaded luggage! Following morning; unable to use the gym or pool as keyfobs didn’t work. Our room: The toilet did not flush proberly, but a big plunger had been left for us! No water from shower or bath. Informed reception but told it’s flatsaways problem; texted them and informed it was a water problem in hotel. Checked with reception and told it wasn’t! Then informed by flatsaway that a plumber wasn’t available on a Sunday. So we left early Monday morning as no shower/bath; No elevator access from allotted top floor parking, no gym or pool access (BTW; Resort fee charged was $40 rather than $20 as on website) etc.So by now we’d had enough of the room and hotel, some very rude rude staff and flatsaway

As you may know providing the highest level of hospitality is our number one priority and hearing we have fallen below that standard is something we like to address immediately. I can imagine that because your long wait at the reception started your stay with us on the wrong foot but unfortunately you have booked an apartment at the Ocean Reserve condominium and we don’t manage the administration/ front desk or maintenance. If you want to change towels - forget about it, you have to use pay laundry in hallway. If you finish toilet paper - you have to buy new roll.Looks like really cheap management. Appartment was good. Location and beach are alright , close Aventura Mall and two big food stores, but you have to drive or use public transport.

Yo esperaba 1 depa con 2 habitaciones y 2 baños y solo hay baño y medio La unidad limpia y linda pero las habitaciones están tan pegadas que no hay privacidad, todo se oye porque hay una ventana entre ellas

Pesimo, tanto el servicio como la comodidad de el departamento es para no volver mas. La administracion de Ocean Reserve hace negocio de multas de parqueo, inclusive por cambiar un canal de TV en el gimnasio. Muy poco practico hay muchas mejores opciones,

Besonders gefallen hat uns das Smartohone das kostenfrei gestellt wurde. Telefon und Internet frei. Parken super da eigener Stellplstz im Parkhaus ohne zusätzliche Kosten. Wohnung war sehr groß aber leider in die Jahre gekommen. Zudem roch es muffig. Ausstattung top

酷い
6泊にもかかわらず清掃、タオル、ペーパー類の交換、補充は1度もなく、タオルは自腹で洗濯、ペーパー類は全て私が購入。しかも洗濯機はカード自体の購入に10ドル、それから更にプリペイドで10ドル、合計20ドルを支払い、３回しか洗濯もできませんでした。ぼったくりです。各部屋はオーナーシステムで当たり外れが激しく、初日シャワーの水が蛇口の故障で出ないにもかかわらず部屋も変えてもらえず熱湯で火傷しました。レセプションがいるのに、彼らはオーナーシステムだから私は知らないといって対象もしない。肝心のオーナーもシャワーが壊れたのは我々のせいではないかと因縁をつける始末。話になりません。最悪。もはやホテルではない。短期契約アパートメントだと思ってお泊りください。
