Stayed 3 nights early March, delayed review until now, as being a very reasonable person, was awaiting a compensation claim via hotels.com. This has come to nothing; hotel/rental co. (Flatsaway) dismissed this. Therefore, having used hotels.com for over 100 nights in the past 3 years, I now feel compeled for the first time ever to leave a review; Check in took over two hours; firstly waiting in line for ages as a lady was livid as she couldn’t access anywhere due to fualty access keyfobs. Then ourselves having the same keyfob issues, twice trying to access building after parking and unloading/loading our luggage back into the car and having our keyfobs reset at reception. Eventually gave up; parked outside main entrance and unloaded luggage!
Following morning; unable to use the gym or pool as keyfobs didn’t work.
Our room: The toilet did not flush proberly, but a big plunger had been left for us! No water from shower or bath. Informed reception but told it’s flatsaways problem; texted them and informed it was a water problem in hotel. Checked with reception and told it wasn’t! Then informed by flatsaway that a plumber wasn’t available on a Sunday.
So we left early Monday morning as no shower/bath; No elevator access from allotted top floor parking, no gym or pool access (BTW; Resort fee charged was $40 rather than $20 as on website) etc.So by now we’d had enough of the room and hotel, some very rude rude staff and flatsaway
