Stylish decor but rooms are dark and shaded all the time. The pool is some sort of hybrid - hot without jets, no cool down pool. Location is good and neighborhood, quiet. Left some items behind; haven’t heard back from host.

It was exactly what was needed for this NYE visit. The property was clean and peaceful with a nice little balcony to sit and talk outside. Large mirrors in the bedrooms made outfit prep easy. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. My only wish would be to have a parking pass or parking instructions/ assistance from the apartment owner.

Excellent, quiet, Miami Beach apartment

Quick response times, Easy check in process, clean apartment and wonderful location (so long as you are ok with being on the bay side of South Beach). Would definitely stay here again and recommend others to do the same.
