Oceanview Studio at Fontainebleau Miami Beach with Balcony
- Experience luxury in this Junior Suite with a private balcony in the Tresor Tower at Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Accommodating up to four guests, it features a king bed, sleeper sofa, small kitchen and utensills, in-room entertainment, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Enjoy spectacular ocean, beach, pool, bay, marina, and Collins Avenue views. Guests also receive access to the pools, beach, gym, daily Lapis Spa access for two, plus complimentary loungers and towels.
Important Hotel Fees and Information:
The incidental hold and all hotel-related charges are managed directly by the hotel and are not included in your payment. The $250 security deposit is refundable after check-out, provided no damage is found in the property.
Housekeeping Fees:
• Optional housekeeping service: $70 plus tax per cleaning.
• Mandatory departure cleaning fee: $130 plus tax, payable directly to the hotel.
Guests receive complimentary daily Lapis Spa access for two.
Valet Parking
Valet parking is optional and only applies if you arrive by car. The hotel uses dynamic pricing, so rates may vary based on demand and special events:
• Daily parking: approximately $35–$50 plus tax.
• Overnight parking: approximately $55–$70 plus tax.
