Is like a jail, don’t recommend staying here. There are more than 50 beds in the same room, is mixed, is not a separated female/male. Cleanliness of the bathroom and shower was terrible. There’s just 4 bathrooms an 5 showers for 5 people!! People in the restrooms were complaining about their stuff getting stolen at the showers. Kitchen very dirty and people making noises and talking very loud until 12 am. Couldn’t sleep well. Skip this place

If you book through Expedia there will be additional fees - which was not exciting to discover when you're traveling and ready to rest, and the hotel doesn't budge on that which was upsetting.... otherwise the staff was great, the cleaners worked their hardest to keep up with all the traffic pool got shut down right as I arrived and wasn't back up 5 days later unfortunately. and one of the showers was rusted and the roof was coming in. honestly after the frustration around hidden fees and I got into my bed, I was comfortable and it was a safe landing pad I appreciate the attentive front desk and the crew working there

The check-in address was different than the location in which guests stayed. I wasn't sure exactly where to go for check-in and was grateful that the desk reception person came outside and ushered me to the check-in desk and then on to the hostel. A locker under each bed was spacious and lockable. All my questions were amiablt answered. There was an elevator so my suitcases did not have to be lifted and pulled on the stairs. It was a good value for the money. The weather was pleasant.( I expected it to be muggy)

I got food poisoning from a different establishment my first night there and the staff member was really helpful to me. I really appreciated him going above and beyond. I was able to stay the rest of my trip and everything was good. The cleaning people did a good job cleaning every day. I was in a girls dorm and it would have been better to have been able to close the door for privacy to dress.

I was denied entry to the hotel because they have inconsistent operations. They took my money and I didn’t get to stay because they did not accept my ID. I booked there based on the fact that they accepted the same ID the previous month. This cost me money I did not have budgeted. I had to borrow money to book somewhere else and ended up with no booking at all. It is beyond me how they can justify taking my hard earned money without providing me any service. The host said that I would have to get a refund through the Expedia app but when Expedia contacted them for the refund they did not reply. Then when they finally responded after procrastinating and causing lots of confusion and frustration they denied the refund even though they provided no service or lodging whatsoever. No explanation and no refund.

I have stayed here in the past Pre Pandemic and in thr past ive had an awsome time. Checked in and did not use the locker because I was going to Orlando so I left the key with the check in gentleman. When I came back the key was missing and I had to be put in the 1st dorm room which initially I did not request because of the lound noise from the kitchen area at night. The TV stayed at the maximum volume up until the lights went out at 11pm. Noticed quite a few bunks had people sleeping in them together which is not allowed. Even though there are rules it has become very lax there.

Well,before I get to the property itself,let me start with my check-in experience/staff,I prepaid through Expedias website and was notified at least 2 times about a $50 deposit for incedentials,and I was prepared for that,what I was not prepared for was an $11 a day resort fee that was not displayed on Expedias website,so I first show my receipt to the hotel front desk agent and he is adamant that I owe this fee,i said no I don’t because it was not recorded on Expedias website &even the Hostel sent an email at length upon booking about what was required at check in and it was not resort fees,I then call Expedia and they confirm the same thing that the only additional charge would be the security deposit,mind you my battery is dying because I in error left the house without my charger but the staff was gracious enough to let me plug-in however I had to end up borrowing the money to cover resort fees 👎 It was late and I was tired of arguing and everybody knows that people who chose hostels normally do so because it’s economical,needless to say the resort fee is posted on Posh’s website but not on Expedias so as a traveler/customer I felt misused.I spoke with Expedia at length about it and they promised me a refund but we will see how it goes,in the meantime the hotel and the travel website need to reconcile this,In other news the sleeping area was clean but not private and the under bed locker does not fit your all travel belongings,the area in the back was much more secluded
