Staff was very courteous. Room was spacious, nice balcony, comfy bed. Lighting in room is very dim, and shower floor was very slippery. Floor near balcony door showing damage. Overall, nice stay but those are recommended improvements in our opinion. Wonderful neighbourhood with lovely walking paths along the ocean, and feels safe. Good restaurants and cafes around.

Upon arrival, we waited 10 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk, minor inconvenience as they were busy attending other duties. We get to our room, and the key cards don’t work. Housekeeping let us in and we got our cards fixed when we headed out for the afternoon, again, no issue. Room was ok, smaller than expected from the pics I viewed online. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly! Would I stay here again? Maybe. Great location!

Only thing I was disappointed in was that our room was not made up only half a job done which was an odd as we had the sign on the door and clearly she’d been in the room, but apart from that everything else was good. Fantastic hotel in the exact area that you want to stay in at South Beach. Quick walk to a bunch of different restaurants and cafe’s. I cannot stress enough how awesome the staff was - very nice and helpful. This is a boutique hotel - only 12 or so rooms - so keep that in mind. The neat part is walking through the restaurant to get to the elevator to access the rooms - very neat. A first for us.

Had a great stay. The 24 hour heated pool was a great place to relax and unwind late at night with drinks from the bar downstairs. I loved the hidden speakeasy vibe of the hotel and walking by the bar and wine cellar each night to the elevators made me smile. Staff was excellent and accommodating.
