Clean place, helpful and friendly staff, onsite parking though spots are small and parking is only available on levels 4, 5 and 6. There was also a small trash bucket under the desk which wasn’t emptied prior to our arrival. Overall it’s a great spot. We’ve stayed there twice already and most likely will continue to do so. It’s a very convenient location.

Room was very clean, great value, and I enjoyed the large smart tv with all the apps. Only issue I had was the lighting in the bathroom was very poor, I had to move in a table lamp.

This is an excellent hotel in a prime location, just a short walk from the energy and activity of Coconut Grove. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable and the property met expectations in most respects. The only drawback was the lack of housekeeping during the stay. The room is cleaned before arrival and after departure, but no interim service is provided. For a week-long stay, this was a noticeable limitation. we would have appreciated fresh towels, basic cleaning, and a change of linens.

The room was well located and spacious. Great location. Disappointed the washing machine in the room didn't work, and the managing agent failed to respond to any of my communication.

Great short and long term stay

Great place. The whole building seems like it's a hotel catering for short term style rentals plus a fancy hotel connected to it. Great building, location is spectacular, views on the water make the stay worth it.

Very nice location, enjoyed the view and the place. The only part that could be better, was the management company is not very responsive and local hotel staff cannot or does not want do anything besides checking you in. I definitely would stay here again.
