The experience as nice: good not excellent. The building is a little dated, there's a major construction project going on across the street, and the valet parking is a little pricey but everyone was super nice and the pool and beach areas are very nice. We were happy for the money we spent.

They charge a resort fee for chairs and umbrellas on the beach that they didn’t put out at all for the Three days we was there. So we just had to sit in the sand. No drink access from them on the beach either. Super small bathroom. Way out dated for the money they charge. Pool was ok but no service to your chairs. They don’t clean your room daily. Do yourself a favor and just stay somewhere else.

The hotel is older and has seen better days. Theirs no furniture in the rooms except the beds and a desk chair. The pool chairs were uncomfortable and there was no coffee in the lobby. The location is not easily accessible to restaurants and it takes some time to understand the free trolley schedule. There is a CVS 3 blocks away. No ice machines at the hotel. There also is no staff around the pool to track guest behavior. The housekeepers and restaurant attendants were great. Very friendly and worked hard but were understaffed. No thrills hotel.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Booked standard room which was overlooking turf roof. Moved to a room with view of wall instead. Final option would have been overlooking construction site. Gold member upgrade was not accommodated even though other sites said rooms were available. Pool staff not friendly and the towel check and poolside 'bar' was very strange, almost like closets. Nothing resort feeling about the property. Room was dirty and very small. You could hear everything in the hallway and rooms next door. Valet was terrible. Only positive thing to say was the proximity to the beach - very easy access to beach. Lucky for us it was one night. Will not stay here again or at any other Radisson property.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely great. My room was very spacious, I had a mini fridge and microwave. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Lenka, at front desk, was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Access to the beach is great. Having an umbrella and chairs included in the room is a great perk. The valet staff were quick to respond and very pleasant to deal with.

The property was old and had a nasty detergent smell throughout. Staffs response to all questions was a resounding "no". We booked through expedia and as such were not regarded well by staff. We arrived almost 2 days late caused by American Airlines staffing issues. Our early morning direct flight on a Thursday AM arrived non-direct late on Friday evening. We had first class tickets, but there was nothing about this flight experience that was good. We also arrived home a day late after AA staffing issues and slept on the floor at the airport. (our choice, but it turns after discussions with fellow travelers that, given debacles with available hotels and reentry via security at Miami airport, that this was a better choice). SO we lost almost 2 days of spring break and gained a nights stay at an airport. Horrible. We made the best of they hotel stay but the hotel staff and facilities were not very nice or helpful. It was as if hotel staff had been instructed to say not to every request, no matter how minor. We had our daughter with us who was sleeping on a pullout couch. It was like pulling teeth to get a comforter instead of a scratchy blanket. Insanely low levels of customer service. It was if there was a competition between staff to be the most obstructive. To cap it all off there was a construction zone outside our window. Our view of the sunset was clouded by portable toilets and rooftop cranes. very noisy each morning from 7:15 onwards. Horrible.

Traveled with my 2 daughters for spring break! Felt safe everything was convenient the beach is right there & it was nice you get beach chairs & an umbrella for free there is also a CVS down the road we rented bikes to ride down the boardwalk! Very clean the hotel is old but remodeler ,staff was friendly easy check in & out! The only thing is the food & cocktails were expensive for what you got & just ok but I would visit again!

Not much to like, property needs to be knocked down and rebuilt - not typical of a Radisson brand. The constant scent via the HVAC lobby of hotel is too much.

The location on the beach was great. 2 chairs, umbrella, and towels were included which was nice since they charge a daily resort fee.The king room was a good size and clean.The balcony view is pretty but it is not a private balcony. It has open railings all next to each other, so when people are out there smoking, it goes directly on your side because there is no wall separating balconies.The hotel next door turns into a club at night with loud blaring music played very late and can be heard through hotel as it is not sound proof. Even earplugs won't help.The bar by the pool is nice and has convenient food options for lunch with friendly staff working it.I do wish there was a wrist band given to open the gate to beach instead of having to use a room card.That would be a good modern upgrade as most resorts already do that. Overall it was a pleasant 4 day stay because it was right on the beach, and that's really why I chose this location.

I had a terrible experience. I was eligible for an upgrade, which did not happen. It’s fine, it can happen next time. But the room they did put us in everything was broken…bathroom door knob? Fell off. Handle for the hot water in the sink? Twisted both ways, came off and impossible to shut off the water (cold handle did none of what I listed). The view? A construction site that was very loud. Talk anbout ann upgrade…more like put me in the room that is the worst on the property. Overall, a bad experience.

The property has been updated and is very clean and our room had a balcony that looked out in the pool and beach. All staff were kind and professional. Disappointing was the 2 times we ate at hotel restaurants, the service was slow and disorganized. They did not seem sufficiently staffed. The gym is musty and nothing more than elipticals, a couple of bikes and a couple of treadmills, and free weights but adequate. I was very happy with our room and the cleanliness . The bed was good. Also, satellite tv was messed up for a couple of days in pouring rains, but recovered.

Was nice than what I was expected and was last mins booking and they been so helpful for helping us checking on time! Only one complaint was you can hear people talking next to your room and on the hallway! Sound proof needs to be updated by recommended.
