The laundry rooms are located on the:

7th floor
16th floor
**Please use the laundry rooms on these floors only. There is no laundry room for guest use on the 11th floor.

Laundry access, machines, payments, and machine availability are managed by the building. If you have trouble locating the laundry room, please first reference this guide and then contact the front desk or message us for clarification.

Requires purchase of a laundry card from the lobby vending machine. You may purchase a new one for $5 or use the one stored in the top kitchen drawer of the cabinet, for loading and re-use by guests. Replacement Fee of $15 if lost.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.

The hotel's mandatory resort fee must be paid immediately after check in.

Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with the glass doors CLOSED. Any smell of smoke will incur an additional $400 deep cleaning fee.

Pets must be under 20lbs and current on all their vaccinations. If you choose to have a pet stay, please send all of these documents within 72 hrs of booking your reservation to host@ashhaus.homes.

We want you to have fun! However, please be mindful of our neighbors and keep music low during quiet hours from 10pm - 8am.
