The breakfast included was weird it was just toast and limited to one pastry per person and not even a fruit also chairs are included at the beach but only two per room so if your four in a room they need to pay for the chairs and umbrellas are NOT included u would need to pay for them by day. Room was very clean so that was a plus. It’s definitely a 3 star

Not a very warm welcome. Breakfast poor-there are NO EGGS OR FRUIT like some pictures show. Very spacious rooms, apartment like (at least the one we stayed in). But dirty, floors haven’t seen a good vacuum and mopping in a looooong time. We needed the space as we were traveling with a toddler (exclaimer: they do provide infant/toddler cribs but they come with NO MATTRESS, just the hard pad that the playpen comes with to keep the bottom of the crib from collapsing. Our child managed to still sleep on it but just keep that in mind. Decent stay for the space that we needed but would not stay again. It is close to the beach and you get two chairs at the beach.

Didn’t have parking anywhere around, lots are full. Call property, was going to park at airport and use there shuttle. They said shuttle was not available. Was misinformed by resort when I booked. Going to contact my bank and file a report. I will not pay for this. I just started using Expedia so I will see how you can handle this situation.

Good rooms, clean and cool. Coffee at breakfast was cold. Everyone putting in the microwave to heat. Pastries and muffins for breakfast, good enough to start the day. Unfortunately or second room at the tail end of our trip smelled like oil/tar. Probably had to do with the construction next door. Overall good experience.

The property is small and clean . The staff were great. Anything that I asked or needed they were more then happy to help. The room was clean the bed was soft and the bathroom was large enough for all my things. Thank you staff for making my trip enjoyable.

I notify Front desk that we will be checking in or around midnight and was told that they will send us an email late afternoon between 6-8pm with our room code n password. Then 8ish rolls around i kept calling the front desk like 10 times and no one pickup. Then right before i had to board someone finally pickup. I was so frustrated with them thinking we would be homeless for the night. We settle in around 1am and the next morning. I don’t know if it’s the same front desk lady but she was practically sitting there pretty much doing nothing. It just makes you wonder. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. Bad customer service for real.

La habitacion es limpia y bonita pero es imposible dormir, hay luz de la calle 24h y se escucha absolutamente todo, no pudimos dormir en toda la noche, en cuanto abren la recepcion se escucha a todo el personal haciendo ruidos en cocina/limpieza desde la habitacion, teniamos el cartel no molestar y tocaron la puerta igualmente los de limpieza. La peor noche de mi vida.

This is the second year in a row that we’ve stayed at the Rivière hotel. It is close to the beach, restaurants, and fun. The staff is extremely friendly and I would highly recommend this property!! It’s perfect!

A little Gem!
A tidy little spot located within walking distance to all the spots in South Beach. A big perk is that the hotel loans you a beach towel and the use of a chaise with an umbrella on the beach!

Couple’s trip
Went to South Beach with my girlfriend and found this great hotel. Overall a great stay. Pros: Location! Close to restaurants, bars and the beach. Walgreens is maybe 30 seconds walking from the hotel in case you need snacks, water, etc. Included in your resort fee are sun loungers at the beach, you just have to rent an umbrella (roughly $22 USD) and they’re yours for the day. The room itself was perfect for 2 people. Room was clean and as depicted in the photographs. Water temperature was perfect. Complimentary breakfast was ok, not really any variety, just scrambled eggs, toast, some pastries, coffee and juice, and once they run out of items they don’t refill them, so get to it early. Cons: A little loud at night, but considering your location in South Beach, it’s to be expected.

Disappointing for the cost. Could hear other guests and machines? Through thin walls. Meagre breakfast. Only outside space was a paved corridor with AC outlets pumping out. For the amount we paid should have been better. Staff were nice and helpful and the location is great for South Beach.

This place is so dirty, the shower smells like mold and mold cover all the surface near the AC. And the breakfast is uneatable. Like just scramble eggs, toast and butter. Do not believe in their beautiful photos, the pictures are old. One thing that was good is their location.
