At first glance the property is nice, but the pictures are very deceiving. The room, including the bedroom is extremely small. The kitchen was clean, but the bathroom was pretty dirty including the shower and floor/wall between the toilet and shower. The first night we stayed we found lots of hair all over the sheets and comforter, and in the shower. There is a code to get in and out of the front door, but a homeless person was able to get in and stay in the lobby for several hours. After being back outside the homeless person decided to sleep right next to the front door. The second night we stayed here another family was able to enter a code that opened the door to our unit. I had to ask for the door code to be changed, but really didnt feel safe after that. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear what is going on in the next room. The location of the property however was convenient to shops and the beach.

Miami Beach Trolley runs to South Beach every 20 minutes or so. It didn’t have network TV only streaming services. No beach chairs were included only high chair and crib were included. It was a nice small clean efficiency apartment

One star doesn't do it justice. When we arrived at the property the code we were given to get in did not work. The phone number we had been provided was not answered and we were not allowed to leave a message. Since we booked the property thru Orbitz we called there as well and were told that an email was being sent to the property manager and we should wait to hear back. We never did. Fortunately another guest let us into the building but we had no way of leaving since we wouldn't be able to get back in. The next day building management finally answered the phone and gave us a new code. They were made aware of the issues this caused and did nothing to compensate. They advertise that parking is available at the Hampton Inn next door. Upon arrival we were told by the Hampton Inn that parking for guests at Roami was not available and we were forced to park 1/2 mile away. The building is extremely run down and dirty. The hallways look as if the property has been vacant for years. Extremely disappointing.

The entire building smelt like mildew, there was no staff available or present on the property, no clean towels, nobody came to take out the trash. Trash all in the hallway

Horrible isolation, you never get to sleep, no personnel to assist. Bad location nosiest street, bad internet, dirty windows. BE AWARE! NO PARKING! The closest parking will cost you $45 for 3 HOURS! I would never recommend this place especially with kids. I never go back. It was as HORRIBLE as hell.

On the positive, property is well located and Sextant was reasonably good to deal with as a virtual company. Property was not especially clean (dust, dirty dishes, sand in shower). Common areas were very dirty and did not appear to be cleaned regularly. Location is somewhat noisy due to proximity to a major road. Due to construction, the elevator was not working - not advised until check in. Condition of furniture (most looked like it was acquired from a garage sale) and unit (wallpaper starting to peel, very cheap feeling overall) soap/shampoo dispensers on floor of shower as no caddy or shelf, etc. Wireless is HORRIBLE - which is a huge issue.

Ich fahre mit gemischten Gefühl nach Hause. Zunächst würde ich positives erwähnen: - sehr gute Lage, nahe an Strand (5 min), 8$ Parkhaus pro Tag gibt es in der Garage 6 (ca 400 m Fußweg) - Wohnung hat alles was gebraucht wird (Ausreichend Teller, Besteck usw. ) - die Kommunikation bei Fragen / Problemen hat auch super funktioniert .. Leider gibt es auch negative Punkte, weshalb ich die Unterkunft nur beschränkt weiterempfehlen kann : - Sauberkeit: es ist unsauber an allen Ecken die nur gibt, Boden (schmutzig), Fensterbänke, Betten gefüllt alles. Wir haben mind. 5 mal Boden selbst gewaschen und es war immer noch schmutzig (Wir haben 70€ zurück erstattet bekommen). Da wir mit Kleinkind unterwegs waren, ist es für uns ein K.O Kriterium gewesen.. - zu laut, da die Wohnung direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt - 1,5 Tage kein Warmwasser(wegen Unwetter) und in Waschbecken in der Badewanne funktionierte Warm Wasser ebenfalls nicht - Allgemeiner Zustand der Wohnung/ Hauses extrem veraltet Wir werden leider nicht wieder kommen, schade
