Perfect Location

We visited several Everglades National Park locations, Biscayne National Park, and Dry Tortuga National Park all from this convenient location. It was clean, well laid out and the neighborhood was quite. Would stay here again.

Nation Park Visit

Property was as described. Quiet neighborhood close to lots of things. We visited Biscayne National Park, Everglades National Park, and Key West. My teens loved playing basketball. Perfect weather, too!

A Perfect Getaway Base!

We had a wonderful stay at this rental! The location was perfect for exploring the Everglades and the Florida Keys. The house had all the amenities we needed and plenty of space for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids. The host was incredibly friendly and always quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Cutler Bay Getaway

My family and I had an amazing experience staying at this property for 5 days. The neighborhood was cute, quiet, and safe! We were a short distance from many attractions, and restaurants! David was very responsive and a joy to communicate with. I would 100% recommend this property and stay here again in a heartbeat!

Very impressed

This place was absolutely perfect for our party. It was conveniently located near shopping centers and parks, and it was very clean and spacious. We loved being able to take day trips in different directions, and despite the hot weather outside, the house remained nice and cool. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely home

A quiet neighborhood in a great location

My family and I rented this property to explore Miami and visit some family. The house had plenty of beds and a great, private patio that was a nice addition. The stay includes multiple tvs, laundry facilities, cold AC (critical for hot Miami summers), and a kitchen with basics to help you make the most of your stay. Probably my only feedback was that the master bedroom mattress could be a bit more confortable but overall we had a great stay. In addition to all this David the host was very responsive and available for any questions. We would stay again.

Great home and good location

David was very responsive to messages. The house was nice and there was lots of thoughtful things in the home. Shampoo/Conditioner/bodywash dispenser. The washer/ dryer with laundry detergent. Games and gaming table. The basketball court was really nice and my boys enjoyed their stay. Would definitely stay again in future

Beautiful spacious home

We had a lovely stay at this home. Well described, is spacious, well cared for, and clean. Kitchen is brand new or at least looked that way and beautiful. Plenty of space for larger groups. Neighborhood was fairly quiet even though it was New Years. Huge back yard with a large basketball area which was really nice and provided some fun family games. Location was great just south of Miami and easy drive up. Thank you to the host for accommodating us and great communication!

Great place for the 6 of us!

My family of 4, plus mom and sister stayed for a week and it housed all of us comfortably. (My sister stayed on the sofa bed in the game room.) When inquiring about what was in the house, I asked if there was a grill. The host said he had been thinking of getting one and picked one up the first day we were there. We were so thankful and very impressed. The place was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood, but convenient to shopping and not too far from the Florida Keys, which we drove to a few times. Our host was also very quick to respond to any questions we had and did everything possible to make our stay great, including recommending restaurants and fun destinations for our family. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful stay

Absolutely perfect stay for our family attending wedding at coconut grove, We had parents and in laws and sister and niece at this property, this part of families like the home comforts and never wanted to stay in hotels,I reached out to David multiple times about property and he always communicated back fast. I thank you David.We spent every evening with family, eating , playing dominoes,board games. And just laughing and joking. We had a great time.we used the grill New Year’s Eve and had a few drinks to wish in new year.Property is very clean and easily slept7, with space to mingle.Also 2 minutes from turnpike, and was easy 15-20 minutes to dolphin mall or dadeland mall.Neighborhood is very quiet day or night. We live in community of lakes by the bay and was ideal as only a 3 minute drive to this property.I highly recommend this property and want to thank David again for a memorable stay for older members of our family,who loved their time here Thanks so much
