I booked this inexpensive spot for our overnight stay until we cruised. Very clean with small fridge, microwave, cable and wifi. Looks just like pictures. Very clean, modern with good hot water for our morning prep. It is not walking distance to amenities so we rented a car for the day. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay again.

Tropical Hideaway...Little Haiti

Clean. Hot water. Comfortable bed. Behind the privacy fence, it was quiet, quaint and I felt safe. My husband was concerned about our car all night though and got up to check it.

Practical spot just 15min from Miami Beach...

This single room space served its purpose while traveling alone for a conference in Miami Beach. The interior was nice. Very importantly - two things...the mattress was very comfortable (I like a bit firm, and had softer and firmer pillows also) and shower ran well and got and stayed warm nicely.Neighborhood was safe, w parking just off the street up facing the building. It is a residential neighborhood in the city. I was comfortable and grew up in the city of Buffalo. Some might feel the room is a bit more upscale appearing than the neighborhood. Just need to know what you like and what you're looking for. For me it worked fine, kept me close enough to Miami Beach w/o paying the high prices nicer spots would demand. Very clean, no bugs. Some cats roaming around but no issues. Quiet neighborhood. AC unit worked very well when needed.

Stayed here for a weekend trip in Miami with my partner. It was quiet and lovely. The host was quick to reply to any questions we had and was so so accommodating! The location was great as well, so close to so many fun things we wanted to do in the Wynwood area. Would definitely stay again and recommend for others!!
