Family vacation

We had a wonderful experience here. The pictures and the room was everything that was stated. The only two things was parking is not included and it’s 30 a day which was never stated, plus there is no hot tub, just a little baby pool. Me and my two teenage girls had a wonderful experience! The pool had lots of security which made me feel very secure with teenager.s. Thanks for a great vacation!!

An honest review

The elevators were deplorable. 2 out of 5 were working. Both service elevators weren't working so you had maintenance staff using the regulsr elevators with their carts. The heaters for the pool didnt function properly even though the pool had been redone. The food at the pool area restaurant was delicious. Not enough umbrellas were available around the pool. The write up of the room on one page says studio but the description on the next says 1 bedroom and 1.5 bath. It's a studio. No stove. Two surface elements. No oven. The microwave is very old and hsrd to work. The air conditioner needs work. Terrible rattle. I could not get the windows to open. The room could use much better lighting. The towels were lovely. The pillows were feather even though i requested no feathers. There were lots of hangers and shelves no drawers for clothes. I was disappointed that there was no safe.
