This is a newly build family town home, in a quiet, safe, sweet (24 hours security in cars) community within 5 minutes of restaurants, cinemas and quick access to central Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood and South Beach. We have 4 rooms: king size room with 2 full size beds; queen room with 1 queen size bed; kids room with 2 single beds; one OPEN Plan room with one queen size sofa bed real bed.
