The common areas outside were beautiful, as well as the pool area. The rooms were below average and in much need of renovations. Although we kept our kitchen as clean as possible and had no food out we saw a few roaches in our kitchen. There were some kitchen items available for use but no dishwashing liquid, sponges etc to wash dishes; you had to buy it all. The staff was were helpful and friendly.

With such incredibly thin walls, you hear everything from conversations to doors shutting. According to the front desk, there is no security on site so if you encounter a loud party into the wee hours of the morning, it's on you to call the police (yes this is what we were told). The pool does not have near enough seating so we were only able to use it once. Oh, and we found out our door wasn't locking so anyone could have entered. The no sleep night due to the party was the last straw so we left and went to a proper hotel. I tried to receive compensation for at least two of the nights for the aforementioned, but no luck. It's kind of like slumlord-apartment-living fantasy camp. Roll the dice if you want to save a buck. It ended up costing us much more.

I rented and was there 5 days. My apartment was never clean during my stay. I had to go to the front desk for towel exchange. At check-in I was told the apartment would be clean on the third day. House keeping never arrived even after beig told they would come on the 4th day.

Our check in was terrible. In total it took 40 mins of us waiting for check in. I don’t blame the front desk girl I felt horrible for her it wasn’t her fault she was by herself and checking everyone in. The parking was terrible, we got lucky with a parking space but others weren’t so lucky and many were complaining. While we waited in the lobby a guest was complaining about cleanliness. Overall I’m just glad we were only staying 1 quick night.

My recent stay at Tradewinds Apartment was nothing short of a nightmare, marking it as my worst hotel experience to date. Firstly, upon entering the room, I was greeted by a glaring stain on the bedsheet, which immediately raised concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the accommodation. The noise level due to ongoing construction in the vicinity was simply unbearable. The constant clamor made it nearly impossible to relax or get any rest during my stay. Furthermore, navigating to the room was an ordeal in itself. The layout of the apartment complex was labyrinthine, with numerous alleys and doors to pass through before reaching the designated room. To add insult to injury, after expressing my dissatisfaction to the front desk attendant and reaching an agreement for a refund and early checkout, I was blindsided when, an hour later, the attendant reneged on the agreement. By that point, I had already secured alternative accommodation elsewhere, rendering the offer of a room change moot. Despite initially agreeing to the refund, the front desk staff refused to proceed with the refund afterward, leaving me feeling cheated and disappointed. In conclusion, my stay at Tradewinds Apartment was marred by poor cleanliness, unbearable noise, confusing layout, and unprofessional conduct from the staff. I would strongly advise against booking a stay at this establishment. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere that prioritize guest comfort and satisfaction.
