Fully renovated and furnished house in a wonderful location, which is 10 min from the airport and walking distance to the Marlins stadium, shopping centers, and hospitals. Only 15 mins to Brickell or Wynwood and 20 mins to the most desirable beach in Miami, South Beach.
Consist in 3 bedrooms and additional queen size sofa-bed on the living room, 1 bathroom and an amazing family room with an open beautiful kitchen. The property has extra space to park even you can park an RV.

  • This place is right behind the James L Knight Center, right between the Brickell Avenue and the S.E. 2nd Avenue bridge. I was on the North side of the Miami River pointing my camera South East. I found plenty of parking for a reasonable price. Best time if you want lots of action would be Friday or Saturday night. For a more desolate nights I would recommend Monday thru Thursday night. Here you will find an incredible amount of photography opportunities to shoot for. While like any big city you will find a few homeless folks, the place was very clean and very well kept. Lots of new, very tall buildings have made the Miami landscape a very popular site for photography!

Perfect for a Marlins game

My family and I 8 of us all together stayed at this home comfortably for one night whereby we went to a Saturday game stayed the night and then went to a Sunday game at the Marlins stadium in loanDepot Park quick easy access to the park friendly communicative hosts. Everything was great
