The Space:

Spectacular corner 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom with amazing water and city views. Very spacious with 1,286 Sqft (120 sqm) and balcony overlooking the city and Miami River from the 33rd floor.

Centrally located in Brickell minutes to Downtown, South Beach and Wynwood.



Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric range, oven, coffee maker, toaster and more.



High-speed internet 500 mbps WiFi, 1 TV with cable TV (HBO included) in the living room, 1 Smart TV in each bedroom with Netflix, HULU, Spotify, Prime Video, etc...

Washer/dryer inside the unit, iron with iron board, hair dryer available for guests.



All linens, towels, plates, silverware, glassware are provided to the guests.

Needs to be remodeled. Very unclean looking poor maintenance dirty on floors and walls . The view was the only nice thing . I was surprised
