There was no place to park! My daughter and I drove around for over an hour looking for a place to park and still ended up parking on the street over a block away. The bathroom was horrendous, broken tiles, the mirror was peeling off from the back. The staff was very friendly and offered to move us to their other location, but stated that the parking there is even worse. Needless to say, we stayed 1 night and I ended up forfeiting the remaining 4 nights to find a room elsewhere.

This place exceeded my expectations as the price was great but it really was close to Miami Beach proper. Quiet and the room was large and clean. Parking is on the street but for April, found spots pretty quickly without having to pay. What a nice place for what I paid for the two of us.

Staff was amazing and the location is a huge plus, a block from the beach. Therr is also a parking lot across from the hotel where you can park for free overnight.

Upon checking in the room looked pretty decent once we started moving around in the room cockroaches big and small started running out. I notified the staff I saw since the front desk was at their other location they would start out speaking English to me once I started complaining they would switch to Spanish and say they don’t understand.

The property location is good, price was decent The only problem I had was about the cleaniness of the place. I only stayed for a day so i did not have time or energy to complain about it in that moment. They should put more effort to clean more the condos! Floors were really dirty

We went with family, great close distance to all rooms and swimming pool. Dont advertise anything very well like beach towels are ivce machine anything also off kitchenette but no dish towels broom for crumbs sand in an area with a beach anyways very cute and had what we needed short distance to beach

They could do a way better job in cleaning the room and bathrooms and there’s mold on the property the smell of the humidity and AC filters is awful, when the AC is on it’s fine but once it’s turned off the smell of the room is unbearable. The bed comforter was all stained had to ask the desk for a clean one. For $200 a night, I think the hotel could’ve been in a lot better condition, I really didn’t expect it to be the way it was. Not to mention they clean the room every 3 days not sure why a hotel would ever be like that but it’s not okay for me, but putting it out there in case this isn’t something you’re looking for.

The room was clean overall. The staff need to do a better job cleaning the floors in the rooms as they were not cleaned well (sticky and grainy ). We did enjoy our stay and it was close to everything. Staff was very helpful and kind as well. Would stay again.

I Booked Two rooms reviewing the website information but they gave us two room in two different location. I spoke with the manager but those staffs were not helpful. even Expedia Rep was not helpful in that regards. 01 room we got at 7310 timely but other on 6755 we got almost at 5.30 pm.

The property is like a 70’s style motel. It’s well maintained and clean. The queen size bed was comfortable. The kitchen was very basic. Our unit was quiet. It has a Publix grocery store within a couple of blocks. It’s close to the beach.

My stay was absolutely amazing! The staff was very professional, understanding and took care of my every needs. The room was beyond my expectations. It had all the amenities and then some. The location of the hotel was convenient to everything....shopping, dining, beach and public transportation. The value that I paid for this room was WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! I will DEFINITELY book my stay at this hotel the next time I am in the area and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone to plan their future stay at this wonderful property! Trust me, you will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

We stayed while we were in Miami Beach and it was a nice convenient location near the beach. The staff were really nice upon arrival and the room was fantastic. Would be nice to have face-cloths and the kitchen has pretty minimal utensils so be prepared for that. Didn't end up using the pool as we spent most days on the beach but it looked nice. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Parking wasn't a big deal for our rental; only one day did we have to use the paid parking which was free until 8am and we topped it up for $1/hr so we didn't have to get up and move it. I'd imagine during the busy season it would be more challenging.

I liked this place a lot. It was very convenient, close to public transportation, lot of dining options and walkable distance to the north beach which I love it and make it easy to catch the sunrise or sunset everyday. But, the only thing that I would consider if I want to come back to this place is the cleaning of the floor. It was so dirty, sticky and smelly. It seems they "clean" with a dirty mop or so, so it is never clean. I would suggest to check those stinky mops and stop reusing them. That’s my only complaint otherwise, it will be great to stay there again.
