Wynwood luxury entire loft with amazing view and free parking!

In the center of Wynwood, 15 min walk to Midtown and Design Districts, artsy modern loft with huge balcony, in the middle of Wynwood arts galleries, unique restaurants and bars, coffee shops.

2015 boutique building with 10’ ceilings, hurricane proof floor-to-ceiling windows, stacked washer & dryer, Bosch kitchen w teak cabinets.

Not for light sleepers due to the bars and restaurants, however the balcony along the entire apartment, noise muffling curtains and excellent windows help.

The space is a luxury loft very large open space (800 SF) with a 260 SF , 8’ deep balcony, polished concrete floors and ceilings and floor to ceiling hurricane proof windows.

Steps from famous street murals, the building was designed to include the same murals on our terrace ceilings and inside the building lobby.

It was designed with two secure gated parking spots per apartment (1 on top of the other), only 11 apartments, 10’ ceilings, large elevator, and a rooftop terrace and sun deck.

The apartment has hi-speed Wi-Fi, modern professionally designed decor, washer/dryer in the apartment, and a modern sleek, fully equipped Bosch kitchen that blends seamlessly with the open Living room and inside and balcony dining for 6.

Sleeping arrangement:

-Bedroom area: King size bed in the bedroom
-LR: two sofa beds
-We can add another foldout bed as needed, there is plenty of space for that.

By far this is the best location and apartment that I have stayed while I am in Miami. Winwood Walls is in the hart of restaurants, things to do, centric. Host was wonderful, fast to reply and went beyond to make my stay better. I will definitely reserve again here.
