"I have no high expectations for an airport hotel, but I’ve also had some good experiences at other Miami International airport hotels. This one…..not so much. No room available after the 4P guaranteed checkin. In the end we got room within 30 minutes and a little lobby wait. Staff was very apologetic We asked for a shower cap at the front desk. We waited about 15+ minutes in the lobby while they ran around looking before they told us someone would bring it to the room. No one ever showed. The TV repeatedly turned itself off after about 30 seconds, so there was no way to watch it. The hotel is a 10 story atrium so every room enters from the atrium. Extremely loud music live blared until 8:30P. Even on 7th floor there was no way to get away from it. Selection was nice….just crazy loud in the room. The hotel sits at the end on MIA runway. Sounded like jets were in our room every few minutes till about midnight. Even then then took off all night. There’s a rail running just below the hotel. Trains come through with full horns all night….i counted 4 from 10P to 5A. Parking at $30 per night is higher than onsite parking at MIAMI International. Trust me, there are way better options near Miami International. "

"Our TV was broken upon arrival. We notified the front desk and assumed that we broke it because we told them that we didn’t need it fixed right away. The hotel room was not cleaned as there were dust bunnies, poor furniture condition, and ill fitted sheets on the bed. The common areas were not well maintained. The patio chairs were plentiful, but most were broken. I would not return to this hotel. "

"The property is okay. I think it needs a deep clean from the reception area, the furniture, etc to the rooms. The furniture in the rooms are not clean. Also, there’s too many different scents being sprayed in the hotel it’s a headache. I wouldn’t stay here again. For the price I pod I was expecting a cleaner environment for myself and my son. The breakfast was good. "

"I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites Miami International Airport in Miami Springs and had a great experience. The location is very convenient for airport access. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. The staff was friendly, and the complimentary breakfast isn’t anything fancy, but it was a nice bonus. Overall, it’s a reliable and easy choice for a stay near the airport."

"Everything was great, only problem we had was we were told that there would be a shuttle available to pick us up at airport when we arrived we only needed to call and we actuallycalled the hotel prior and spoke to someone to verify this. We were a very large party....we called and were told that the shuttle was no longer picking up. We were well within the "listed" times of service so be careful when choosing this hotel if you need transportation. We ended up having to get our own and it was a bit crazy with small children and spring break 🙃 "
