Beautiful apartment on the second floor of a building, in a friendly complex.



The use of the pool, garden and common areas is shared with other apartments. The complex is suitable for families with children and offers a safe environment, as it is completely fenced and equipped with a shallow swimming pool.



In a few minutes by car you can reach both the heights of Mottarone, a destination for trekking excursions in summer and wonderful ski and snow walks in winter, and the beaches of Lake Orta and Lake Maggiore.
