"Old tower old room"

"Hidden gem. The overall experience was great, and I will go back again."

"Parking was easy. Check in was slow. The desk clerk stepped away from our reservation twice and went down the hall. He said it was because of a software update. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The carpets need to be cleaned. The refrigerator hummed and made a ticking noise all night long. Although we didn’t use it, the pool looked nice. Breakfast bar had three cereals , waffle maker , bread and bagels for toast , orange juice , coffee , yogurt , apples. The location is right off I-94 and close to restaurants and not far at all to the outlet mall. "

"Staff seemed miserable and unhappy, not hospitable. Room had holes, electrical not working and the door locks looked like they had been kicked in. Water wasn’t draining in sink or tub. The breakfast wasn’t great and nobody was checking on those running out. Workout facility was so bare and basic, nothing worth working out with. Will not return or recommend , which is sad bc it is a great location."

"The hotel is conveniently located just off of the highway with a variety of shopping near by. The staff was warm and welcoming, and went above and beyond to get our large group checked in and met all of our room requests."
