"It is a lovely and unique bed and breakfast. Each room was themed, which was really cool. I stayed in the neverland themed room that had such wonderful little details throughout that was a treat to explore. The breakfast was delicious and the set up with service felt like out of a movie. I had a wonderful stay and would stay again!"
"Very nice hotel. The room was perfect for my family of 5 as it gave us plenty of room with tge sofa bed in addition to the 2 queen beds. Hotel was quiet even though there were several teams of young children staying for football and hockey camps."

"Our stay at the Kensington in Ann Arbor MI was fantastic. The property, room and area are very nice. The accommodations and amenities are terrific. And the most outstanding aspect of our stay was the customer service, professionalism and overall positive attitude of Front Desk Supervisor - Cade. He is outstanding and we appreciate it."

10/10 Excellent
"The stay was fantastic! The hosts were incredibly nice and easy to work with. The property is exactly what we needed. I would gladly stay here again!"
"Professionally maintained property. Very clean, supplies for things like laundry pods were full on arrival. Easy checkin and checkout. Two main beds were comfortable. Modern appliances. Extremely reasonable rates during the Football off season. Nice TV with amazon fire. Modern laundry.Property is very near to football stadium, literal walking distance. Within 5minutes drive to Lawton school, fairly near to Dicken and downtown Ann Arbor. One thing to note,it is on a main road so it will not be super quiet at night and if you dont trust small kids near a street you might not like it as much.
