"This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had.The breakfast was the only perk to the amenities. Only one towel holder in the bathroom. The plumbing was not working well. The bathtub was stopped up and when asked for it to be addressed they gave my granddaughter a plunger so I had to unstop it myself. Their were so many children running around the lobby, it was worse than Chuck E Cheese. The hotel guest were totally out of order so much the police had to be called. I was restricted to my room because of the confusion everywhere. It was like a teen take over. The hot tub was filthy! I will never return to this hotel again. It needs to be updated. Roof leaking in lobby, buckets everywhere. Elevators didn't work half of time. This hotel gives Hilton a bad name. I would this place to anyone. "

"The breakfast menu was great. I did not use the bar. The hot tub was permanently closed, the pool was okay but not great water movement making it a bit dingy. The first room we booked the toilet was not attached to the floor, they put us in a different room that had a “hot tub” in the room yet it did not work. We had to go get towels and bath products daily as they didn’t bring them or clean our room. The original room was a 2 bedroom suite (no door on room) the second room was just a sleep pull out couch with a thin dirty mattress. The pictures online make the hotel look great, it is definitely old and needs updated. "

"The property is very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was really clean. Breakfast was a tragedy for me. Everything from convenience foods and preservatives"

"Just stayed overnight. Later check in room was what I had reserved. Television went out at 10 pm. Woke in morning packed showered and left. Everything went smooth other than the television. There was a cracked tile in the shower. "

"This hotel markets a unique boutique experience, but the stay did not live up to the price. Despite arriving after check-in time, the room was not ready and an alternative room type was provided without acknowledgment or adjustment. The room itself had an unpleasant odor and felt poorly designed, especially the bathroom setup (mildew on the bottle for body wash and no fan in the bathroom to get rid of moisture) Temperature control was a major issue, with the room remaining uncomfortably warm and no functional air conditioning overnight. I was told to turn it off and open the window to cool it down. Staff response to the issue was minimal and did not reflect the level of service expected at this price point. I asked to be moved but was told they were at capacity and was offered nothing in return for my displeasure with this outcome. Overall, the experience was underwhelming and disappointing given the cost and branding. I had friends that were so interested in doing a weekend here but I’m embarrassed to say I stayed there and would have even recommend it."

"The pool area is lovely with food and drinks available right there. The hot tub and sauna were heated appropriately and all facilities were well cared for. Our room was wonderful with a big comfy bed!"

"Outside in the back of the property, a group of cars were having a tail gate party and were smoking weed. When we came into the lobby to check in, the entire lobby smelled liked heavy weed. Thankfully our room was nice and clean. "

"The breakfast ends at 9am on the weekend which is insane breakfast should be 10am on weekend no one wants to wake up early on a weekend. "
