The room was really large and I had a king size bed, which was very comfortable. I slept well. The place is quiet check in and out process was easy and convenient. the staff were friendly and professional, the room was clean and everything in it was in working order! "

"The bed was surprisingly comfy, room was clean though the bathroom sink counter was damaged. There was also construction happening in the lot next door so there was some noise from that but otherwise everything was good"

"This is falsely advertised as a hotel it is not it is a half ass renovated motel my comforter had burn holes and they would not give me new linen my room tv tv stand saw broken the room smelled clean but that was about it not comfortable at all and I was traveling with my kids it was so bad I didn’t feel comfortable staying I checked in but never stayed in Ben one night I would like a refund this experience was horrible and a waste of my time any money "

"My 4 day stay started out with an OMG!!! The first room I was offered, was a definite no!!! BUT… I went in and spoke to the lady, who was very nice, and she immediately switched my room! I was very pleased after that!!! "
