The main reason for the low review was our experience on check-in. We contacted the host on arrival at the airport. "Great stay! Rooms are huge making for a nice place to sit down after a lot of walking. The parcade is fantastic if you are driving in the city. The only challenge with the large room is that the AC didn’t cool off the bedroom very well just the living area, it is too noisy to open any windows with trams going all night. The breakfast is fantastic and well worth it. Overall a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel."

"Do not stay on the fourth floor. It is the converted roof and the rooms have slanted ceilings. I was in room 401 and I had two slanted ceilings in the corner. Really they should be offering these rooms at a reduced rate and not the same class as a room with high ceilings. Other than that, the hotel is very nice and I do recommend it."

"Breakfast was very good. Room was okey for our one night stay. Check in was at 3 PM and ay first they said they weren’t allowed to take pur luggages and told us we could rent the storage boxes in the lobby, but our suitcases were bigger, so in the end, the receptionist took them to their back office. Same thing happened during check out. They reluctantly took them when I told them their colleauge took them the day before. It’s sad that a good hotel not taking responsibility and trying to make money even on luggages. The location was at the main train station which was another good thing about the hotel."
