There was a cosy lounge in which to enjoy a drink, and a choice of Bistro or Pub for food, both of which offered good deals, and the staff at reception were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is in a good location by the River Avon, with ample parking at discounted rates for guests. The town centre with its many attractions is only a 10 minute walk across the footbridge. We would stay there again."

The children splash time was great, with spa faculties available and sun loungers, you really felt like you were at a resort.
