Overall, the hotel is quite nice. Unfortunately, it’s challenging to contact the front desk from the rooms and we had to request three times to get a second set of towels for the two of us. The air conditioning wasn’t turned on so the room was quite stuffy as the windows do not open. The location was superb, the staff friendly, and the room was comfortable. Overall, a nice experience.

The hotel is very pretty and picturesque. Housekeeping and the rest of the staff were very friendly and polite. Reception was the exception. Nothing major, but when we arrived, staff weren't sure about simple things like parking or whether we could use the business centre, and kept having to check with each other. A smile and a warm, friendly greeting would also go a long way. It's the first impression guests get, so it's a shame it didn't match the rest of the stay. The air-con in my room also wasn't working, and it was unusually warm for September. I appreciated the fan, but with the windows barely opening, it was just circulating warm air.

Beautiful hotel just outside of the town centre. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel was spotless and the bar/lounge area was so comfortable. Parking was a massive plus and there were plenty of spaces near to all rooms. The area felt safe even late at night. The pool was clean and quiet during our visit. I will definitely stay here again.

Yes I had a great stay sadly I wasn’t able to do the dining experience or my breakfast but nevertheless clean sheets fantastic bed maybe just a little bit better on the tea and coffee side. I didn’t want to bother anybody for the fresh milk that should be in the fridge but all in all fantastic day, thank you

The room we stayed in was far too hot. Even though we had the window open, the temperature control set to 16°C and the fan on, it was very uncomfortable. We found it difficult to sleep. We also spent as short a time as possible in our room. We were disappointed with the food available. The website advertised a Market Menu, which wasn't available. Just the expensive menu in the restaurant to choose from. However the breakfast staff we very courteous and the choice of food was excellent.
