"Usually I never leave a bad review about something , but this hotel left us to feel absolutely unwelcome …the hotel itself looks nice , but the stuff who work in there don’t know how to talk nice with the customers or be friendly. The day of check in the lady at front desk was not nice friendly answering questions like we bothered her , the day of check out another front desk lady was talking with attitude as well and gave a feeling being bothered with the parking questions. A guy by a pool also looked bothered like we stoped him from playing with his phone and didn’t even say hi back and looked like didn’t really want to answer questions about pool attendance entrance and hours questions . That’s was a third time for us staying in Atlantic City , two times before we choose an Ocean resort hotel, but this time we decided to try this one but honestly regretted a lot . Please train your employees to be nicer with the customers smiles be friendly , i was surprised i felt unwelcome i was supposed to stay 2 nights but my expectations experience was so bad i ask my wife let's go home i don't feel welcome here and we decided to go home disappointed of the first time experience at the hotel not to feel be treated like we bother them so much with a basic questions about parking or pool or directions just normal questions about hotel . i could just say as a guest we just want to feel welcome not like we did lets get out lets go home , not uninvited the whole hotel was rude."
