"The underground parking terrified me and parking was paid. The outside parking was much better. The rooms were small but well equipped. Communication was great. We were asked to leave the room cleaned. Which we did but it felt we left it cleaner than it was when we arrived. Overall we ate our own dinner which was purchased at the grocery store a 5 min walk away. And my dad was able to swim and workout. So it did meet the majority of our needs. "

"3 of us had a great stay. Very secluded, comfortable and quiet with everything there that we needed. The host was very responsive, helpful and friendly. 25 minute walk to the historic centre of Bruges and also closeby bus stops. There are several great restaurants, cafes and pubs in tbe neighbourhood. Can definitely recommend this accommodation."

"No towels… must rent them. No hand soap in bathroom or kitchen. Bed is not made must make it yourself. Dead bugs on floor. Hallway area was run down and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We paid extra for an ocean view room and did have a great view and overall felt relatively safe. "

It was 8 pm and when I tried to call at the number it said, it is not in use. although time to contact these people was until 10pm. A local tourist helped us to find the way out. Flat and property was overall clean but too much hassle to find it."

"Petit bémol, à notre arrivée, absence des télécommandes de la télévision. Prise de contact avec l'hôte et le gérant de l'agence, pas de réaction... Petite attention au nettoyage , nous avons rendus l'appartement plus propre qu'à notre arrivée !!! Cuisine, frigo tout était gras ! Beaucoup de poussière en général. Dommage pour ces petits désagréments faciles à solutionner. Dommage, malgré ça nous avons apprécié l'appartement et l'emplacement de celui-ci."

"Great apartment with wonderful sea views. Everything that we needed for a great holiday. Communication with Ann was easy with immediate replies. Location was excellent with tram stop outside where you can buy tickets. Lots of bars, restaurants, shops all within easy walking distance. Some nice touches like binoculars to view the many shipsat night. Record player and records, books, games etc. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Oostende."

"The apartment was in a great location, literally a stone's throw from the seafront. The apartment had everything we needed, but we did have a problem with the beds - the description said one bedroom had single beds in, the other a double. We brought bedcovers to fit these beds and has such had to buy a double set on our first day in France. I"
