"Al llegar, la reserva no estaba realizada, pese a que se canceló con tarjeta nos tocó pagar en efectivo nuevamente. Ofrecen desayuno incluido en la aplicación y al llegar a restaurante nos indicaron que debíamos pagar el desayuno.
Pésima organización de parte del gerente o propietario.
Al final del día nos dijeron que ese no era el establecimiento que reservamos, que justo tenia su nombre, su foto y su ubicación pero que no eran ellos.
Nada recomendable, ni por el bajo costo."

"This hotel is immaculate! Perfectly clean and smelled good. Large rooms. Comfortable beds. Free coffee and delicious tea in the lobby. A restaurant with excellent food and 24-hour room service. And a free shuttle to/from the airport. What more could you want?"
"I checked with the airport tourist assistance. They called Holiday inn, and a rep was sent to great us in the airport. My friend was handicapped, so it was very helpful for him to remain sitting until the rep arrived a few minutes later to show us the way."

"This hotel is located in a very nice and modern area of Quito, close to many restaurants and shopping malls. The rooms are spacious with views of the mountains surrounding the city. Also, little hidden gem is the Epicur restaurant tied to the hotel, which offers really delicious food."
