"I have stayed in so many Embassy Suites in several states and I have never been so disappointed in them as much as I was this past weekend. The breakfast was subpar at best. Even after sharing my thoughts with Elisse whom said she would make sure that breakfast issues were corrected the next day which never happened. We had a long funeral to attend that morning so we were depending on getting a good fulfilling breakfast and we did not. We finally decided to just drive somewhere else to have breakfast. The bathroom door wouldn’t close and the fridge never cooled down. If I ever visit Colorado again I definitely will not be staying in this hotel."

"Modern. Clean. Isolated but with amenities. Excellent front desk staff. Expensive. Initially, Wifi issue. Initially, room issue: one elevator, 45 rooms down the long hall to our first room. They happily changed it at our request. Delicious cocktails. Patrons going to the beautiful, outside rooftop bar had access to all guest floors."

"I was very disappointed that I was not informed that the pool and hot tub were being renovated. That was the main reason I selected this Hotel."

"Your toilets in the rooms are not great, for the type of resort you have they are outdated. Even just to pee in it you have to flush them twice. You should have ice machines around as well. The lunch/dinner restaurant inside was horrible service Saturday night around 6:30-7pm 3/22. The bartender was our server and we waited 30 minutes for drinks, 30+ minutes for 2 grilled cheese and salad which came out wrong and then dessert was 20+ minutes. No one ever checked on us, we had to flag people down. "

"Clean comfortable room in a great location. Helpful staff. Free breakfast was good value for the money. Didn’t get to take advantage of the evening kick back but also a nice perk. "

"This is a great location. Very walkable to downtown restaurants and breweries. The staff was amazing. They cleaned the room everyday even though I didn’t really require it. Grandpa (me) messed up and didn’t book the room for my full stay. So when on my last day in the Springs I could not get the elevator to work I had to go to the lobby and learn that I only paid for 3 days not the 4 I thought I booked. Luckily it was not sold out and they made it easy for me to stay another night. I will stay here whenever I return. "
