"Everything was good except a couple: 1. No microwave in the room. That’s like a standard thing to have (I don’t really drink coffee so didn’t mind not having a coffee maker too). There’s also no guest/open microwave nor they would warm up the food for you. So if you have any leftovers, all the best. 2. If you think what you paid through Hotel.com is it, you are wrong. For some reason they charge $40 extra service charges for every night you stay - like who charges for the room service for every day of stay!!"

"The hotel is amazing! The staff are very kind, clean, and helpful. The breakfast has a lot of variety and options for people with many allergies. The hotel service is wonderful! They make our beds everyday! The air conditioning is also good and they provide a fridge in our room."

"Great location in Times Square. Very busy and crowded hotel as expected. Front desk or other staff unwilling to mail a stamped post card for us. Restaurant over priced. Very few fresh food choices at grab and go shop. Lots of available seating to eat and wait for tide after check out. Comfortable beds but no king or queen beds on property. Ran out of wash cloths and cups for coffee. Friendly housekeeping staff."
