    "Breakfast was excellent. Would recommend to include the buffet in your stay since it's not easy to find a western Breakfast in the area. Our bathroom had a grate cover over an open drain and had a constant unpleasant sewage smell. We did not mention this to the staff but figured we would in our review. Hotel is recommended"

    "This was such a cool hotel! The finishes in the room were so nice and while it was compact, it was very efficient. We had a Superior Double room and we only stayed one night before traveling to NRT. We had a lot of luggage (too many souvenirs!) so I think it would have been tight for more nights. But it was so nice. The staff were so great and helpful and while we did not use the bar or restaurant, it looked really cool and the food looked great. We would definitely stay here again!"

    "We did really love this property and thr gardens are beautiful but unfortunately there was a huge construction site right next door that completed blocked access to the train station. We weren't informed about this when we booked so we were pretty disappointed about that. We did not eat at the property so cannot comment on the restaurants."
