"I stayed in the Grand King Room on the upper floors. Was so lovely to have a massive comfy bed, room to stretch out in, a great TV, free flow drinks in the bar and an excellent quiet breakfast buffet with fresh handmade food beautifully presented and served. Everything was clean, everyone was helpful and even though it's a little out of Tokyo centre, I enjoyed the peace of that and the east access to stations within walking distance. "Very nice hotel. My room had a nice view of the buildings and sky from the 19th floor. Bic Canera, Sogo Department Store, restaurants, and Omiya Station, are nearby. A 7-Eleven is on the ground floor of this hotel. Lawson Station across the street. "

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! I needed a bit of help with the check-in process and the staff member there was so helpful and nice. The capsules are so comfortable, clean, and SUPER cool, it's like sleeping in a spaceship. And the shared spaces (bathroom, shower, dining area) were perfect. So clean and available for all my needs. I only wish there a cool air option for inside capsule, then it would be PERFECT! 9/10 would recommend if you're staying in Saitama!! "

"The Royal Pines in Urawa is conveniently located within walking distance of the Urawa train station, shopping mall and delectable restaurants. Staff went out of their way to help me get back to the airport or anywhere else i wanted to go. I recommend this hotel!!!!"

"I liked that I was able to connect my laptop to the hotel tv. I came to Japan to look for work, but when I wanted to relax at the end of the day, I was able to enjoy my own content on the hotel room tv. The hotel was also close to the train station and near some convenience stores, so I never wanted for anything. There was also a Matsuya nearby which was convenient for cheap eats! "
