Check in is terrible. 10 stations and only 2 staff to check in people. Took 40 minutes to get through the line. Extra pillows were requested, not available we were told. NOT a good experience.

Very kind, accommodating staff. Upgraded my room without asking. Allowed me early check-in upon arrival. Right at the end of Bourbon Street which was perfect for walking the city. I would stay here again!
