We booked one room with two beds and they downgraded us to one bed and could not accommodate us. We had our volleyball team stay there and several families had numerous issues with leaks, plumbing and refrigerator not working. Instead of sending staff, they handed a plunger and were told a family to disconnect the fridge and reconnect for faster service. "The staff here were VERY nice and helpful. The hotel is very nice inside and out. It's just a little GOOFY to get to. Bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean. But, it needs a fan in the bathroom and instructions on how to turn the shower on properly.
