The staff was very friendly. Rooms very clean and nice setup. This hotel has a super hero theme, you will find various super hero through out the hotel. Breakfast had a good variety and fresh.

The staff member working the shift on April 4, 2026, the day of our departure, was rude and unhelpful. In contrast, the staff member on the previous day, the day of our arrival, was very kind and helpful. He assisted us with everything and even booked a restaurant for us.
The property itself is nice, and the rooms are pleasant. However, our experience with the staff member on the day of departure was disappointing.

The breakfast room is so pretty, and the breakfast is truly excellent. The staff were friendly and professional and welcomed our little dogs. It was quiet even though it is right in the center of everything. The bed was very comfortable and all the linens were of excellent quality, i would definitely stay here again,

this is a great place to stay with many extras that make it even nicer. Only small gripe was aircon wasnt allowed yet even though temp was warm, so was difficult to get a good nights sleep in 25C room or windows open with mosquitos.
