The soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken and hadn't been fixed. There was no lift. There was dust on the pillow but the room was lovely and warm. There was a plastic sheet under the sheet and that was uncomfortable. Not a great stay. The breakfast was adequate and lots of hot coffee.

"I paid for an 'upgraded' room. Staff very brusque and I was handed key and told room was not in Manoir but in another building 200 yards away. This building had birds nests and droppings all over entrance. We had to climb 2 flights of stairs to a lofted room that had 2 extra befs in the loft and ..."
