The room was large and very nice with great amenities. We also really enjoyed going to the private and shaded garden with a glass of wine to relax in peace and quiet.

We had a wonderful stay - the hotel is in a quiet location but only a few minutes walk from lots of shops, restaurants and cafes. The hotel itself has friendly, helpful staff and a lovely courtyard garden for coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. Rooms have everything you need and a comfortable bed. Would return and highly recommend to others!

Excellent location, clean and very friendly staff

Absolutely fantastic breakfast. We stayed in the Mansion suite and it was spacious, great air conditioning, beautiful, and clean. All of the staff working at the front desk where I would standing. Being able to book a time and there Spa in the basement each day was also a bonus since it was included. Absolutely fantastic location to stay in Bruges.

In a summer of extreme heat (it was in the 90s) we often took refuge in our amazingly cool room! We were on the 3rd floor, and there is a very small elevator for baggage up and down, so most people use the stairs. The room had every comfort. A fridge, coffee and tea. Comfy bed. The staff is very helpful as well. We chose to eat breakfast out, so I can’t comment on that. I loved the location as well. Lots of places close by but not in the thick of tourist. Highly recommend!
