Architecturally designed luxury villa with exclusive pool area, and 5 fabulous roof terraces overlooking the Mijas valley, 6 km from the beach town of La Cala de Mijas.

Located at La Cala Resort - Asia Course. La Cala Resort was awarded in 2019 as Spain's best 4 star golf resort with 3 golf courses, the hotel has a very nice spa area. 5 min. drive from the house.

700 m2 divided into 3 levels.

Master bedroom with stunning views of hole 5 on the Asia course, and the Mijas mountainside with large bathroom including shower and hot tub as well as walk-in closet.

2 large rooms with shared bathroom with bath and shower.

In basement full apartment with large living area, bath, shower and large bedroom,
as well as a larger room with private bath and shower.

In basement fully equipped Gym with Technogym equipment, 75” 8K tv and B&W Sonia sound system.

Delicious Boffi kitchen with everything a chef wants, smaller dining table with 6 seats

Fabulous pool area with outdoor kitchen, double fireplace, dining table and lounge area. Entire area equipped with B&W Sonos sound system.

Nice outdoor patio with large round dining table for 10 people. The area has shade most of the day with nice temperature all year round, ideal for outdoor dining. area has B&W Sonos sound system.

On the first floor there is a 4k cinema with B&W Sonos 5.1 surround sound system and up to 12 seats.

The house has air conditioning and underfloor heating. Food-elevator for all levels. With staircase from pool area and 1 floor there are no less than 5 different terraces which in each way have a magnificent view of Mijas Costa, La Cala de Mijas area and the coastline. Top terraces have B&W Sonos sound system.

Golf courses nearby: La Cala - Europe, Asia, America course, Santana Golf, Los Olivos and Los Lagos - Mijas Golf, Calanova Golf, Cabopino Golf. All courses can be reached within 15 minutes from the house.
