Modern 2 bedroom apt Casa Banderas in La Cala

This new, modern 2 bedroom apartment is located in the beautiful, secure residential complex of Casa Banderas, La Cala de Mijas.

The gated complex has 3 communal outdoor pools (1 with disabled chairlift into the pool) , a paddle court, children's play area, indoor Gym (hours from 8.00-21.00) and outdoor sport machines. Book paddle court or gym with the concierge.

The complex is 1.5km to the beach and the town's facilities. The closest supermarket is 1km



This beautifully decorated and furnished apartment is arranged over one floor and consists of an open plan living space which leads out onto a grassed terrace. The terrace is furnished with dining table and chairs, 2 sun loungers and a gas BBQ. There are beautiful views over the hills of La Cala and partial Seaview. The kitchen is fully equipped and the lounge is furnished with a large L shaped sofa, dining table and chairs and a large Smart TV. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and enjoys an ensuite shower room and walk in closet. The guest bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and there is also a guest shower room.

The apartment has a high chair and travel cot for use by guests, there is no additional fee. The property also has free WIFI.
