Nice hotel, some things not open - would use again
For the price you got good value. The apartment was large, clean and comfortable. Signs of wear and tear, could do with a facelift.
Pools were nice, was still in peak time when we went but pool bar & restaurant was not open even though it said 22nd September was out of season, we arrived on the 10th - it didn’t detract from our holiday but it was an inconvenience.
Hotel in a prime spot with everything you need within a 5-20 minute walking distance

Nice stay at Ona Campanoria
We had a nice stay at Ona Campanoria. Location is good. We were given one of the nicest apartments, with three floors, two terraces and a lovely roof terrace with beautiful 360 views of the mountains and ocean. Unfortunately, not every day was warm enough to be able to use it. The apartment was a little dated, but still had most things we needed. Terrace furniture was old and minimal and could have been modernised. Initial cleaning could also have been better, but the housekeeping service during the week was good. All in all, this was a good stay.

Good experience!
Great hotel, the apartments are huge and the location was convenient for us as we had business close by. Neighbourhood is mostly residential with a shopping/restaurant/bar street 2 minutes walk away. Nice gaming room, the gym could be more fleshed out, but all-in-all a good experience. Free parking which was nice, friendly staff, but missed having the option of a hotel breakfast. Then again the apartments are equipped with a full kitchen so no biggie.

Expedia should take this property down. The pictures used in the advertisement IS NOT the property and when questioned they claimed the pictures were used for illustrative purposes. Nowhere to get a cold drink in 37 degrees. Nowhere to eat like suggested in the pictures. Cockroaches everywhere!! We saw three rooms. No air con in bedrooms for 35 degree heat. We couldn’t wait to get home. Ruined our holiday. Only thing to mention that was clean and looked after and quiet was pool area. Pool bar closed obviously!

The rooms were musty with black mould on the lounge ceiling and bathroom. There was a terrible smell in the bathroom which went after I complained and housekeeping went in. Towels were almost threadbare.
We woke up with bites every morning.
Staff on reception told me to wash the towels in the washing machine, when I asked when the room would be serviced after 6 days of not having it done. We checked out 2 days early, and paid to go to another hotel. The apartment was old and in need of a deep clean.

We moved rooms due to cockroaches. We have limited mobility but were moved to a top floor apartment where there were still cockroaches. Nowhere to eat or drink on site like suggested. No air con other than dining room. This is not what I thought I was buying the pictures of this property are not what you get!!!!!

the room was not like in the pictures. the whole hotel was very outdated and so was the rooms. the fridge didn’t work normally. wifi didn’t work at all in the bedrooms but outside and in the livingroom it worked. the hotel had 3 pool but the biggest one was not open and the pools were dirty and outdated. not warmed pools. our apartment was very big and ok but not that what we thought cause the pics on their website are like super old and everything is really outdated. backyard was nice and big but really sad, no flowers or anything just uncomfortable plastics stools to sit on. beds were ok, not the best. the enviroment was really busy and loud you could here everything from bedrooms. rooms were cold and there was extra radiators in rooms so that we didn’t freeze. we did have a great one week holiday but didn’t like to be on the hotel. you can live there but it has lots of minuses. wouldn’t recommend

Bel établissement qui nous a très bien convenu pour faire une pause de 3 jours. Personnel accueillant et agréable, l appartement nous a très bien convenu et disposait de tout le nécessaire. Les enfants ont été ravis des piscines… Peut être une amélioration concernant les places de parkings qui sont très limités.

Aire acondicionado
Apartamento con todos los servicios menos el aire acondicionado.
Tiene una cocina abierta y un pasillo y en el comedor hay un aparato de aire acondicionado en la esquina contraria al apartamento, por lo que apenas enfria el comedor. No hay aire acondicionado en ninguna habitacion.
Lo comunique en recepcion por si me podian cambiar a otro apartamento con aire acondicionado en habitacion y me dijeron que en el anuncio del apartamento pone especificamente que el aire acondicionado solamente esta en el comedor.
Si es asi, es fallo mio, pero para siguientes interesados, que se den cuenta de este detalle.

Ok, men slidt.
Et lidt slidt hotel, men ellers nemt at komme til. Rengøring var under al kritik, der lå hoved hår og køns hår flere steder på badeværelset, vi spurgte om vi kunne få det fjernet, men det skete ikke.
