The villa boasts an impressive 6 bedrooms with 11 versatile sleeping arrangements, including individual beds, a double bed, bunk bed, and a convenient sofa bed. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed to ensure maximum comfort and privacy for every guest.



Luxurious amenities include 6 well-appointed bathrooms - 4 with modern showers and 2 featuring relaxing bathtubs. The fully equipped kitchens is a culinary enthusiast's dream, complete with a comprehensive range of appliances including a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and more.



Outdoor lovers will appreciate the private swimming pool, beautifully landscaped garden, and inviting terrace. There is easy parking off street for 2 cars and just outside for more if required. The area is safe and secure with 24/7 security patrols. There are a couple of restaurants and shops on the Mijas Golf complex and a newly opened Spa Hotel called La Zambra (part of the Hyatt Group) where you can treat yourself to the spa and treatments or have a fantastic meal. Due to the size of the urbanisation there is nothing realistically within walking distance, so hire cars are required if you intend to get out and about a lot. Taxis however only take 10 minutes from the Villa into the popular, busy local resort town of Fuengirola with hundreds of restaurants, shops and beautiful golden sandy beaches! With its tasteful furnishings and comprehensive amenities, this property promises an exceptional stay for all guests.

Villa Lucia

This is a lovely house in an ideal location. The views are exceptional and the pool is great. It was very hot during our stay and, as mentioned by other reviews, there is a lack of afternoon shade. The magnificent window in the lounge gives panoramic views, but means that the room becomes overheated. The air conditioning was efficient in the bedrooms, but rather limited in the lounge and kitchen/dining area. Overall it is a super spot.

Please do a deep clean

Lovely location but has only had superficial clean . Lots of dust in eg drawers and under furniture. Air con struggles as old and small.

Det mesta va kanon, tyvärr fanns det mögel i källaren. En karm som va helt röten och detta kan man inte ha missat!! Detta gjorde att för oss som sov på den våningen har mått dåligt och lukten varit påtaglig! Övrigt ett kanon hus!

Wonderful!

All the photos are true. A wonderful, well equipped villa with spectacular views. The pool made it idyllic for us - clean and warm and with two young children with us, it kept them occupied all day. We all felt privileged that we were staying in such a beautiful place. A car is essential. If there is just one minus point, it is that once the sun moves round, there is no shade around the pool area and it was very hot while we were there.

Amazing property, Great Views and location.

First impressions of the place are awesome! Huge place that looks great. After spending a few days in with our party of 15 we started noticing a few things that need to be smoothed out. This is a premium property if you go by the cost of staying so it should have this feel about it which we found under the surface it doesn't feel this way. It feels and looks a bit tired, old aircon units not serviced, electricity kept tripping out also. There is also an issue with damp and flies in the downstairs part to the house. To be fair to the agent this property suffered a water leak the week before we arrived so this could be attributed to this. Scott managed to arrange another beautiful property for the first week whilst this place was repaired following the water leak.

Et super lækkert og velindrettet hus med masser af plads og hygge kroge. Virkelig pænt og rent. Dejlig stor pool. God beliggenhed med en fantastisk udsigt endda også fra sofaen. Et roligt kvarter forenden af lukket vej. Meget,meget venlig udlejer. Perfect

We stayed in this villa for a week, the villa is exactly as it is in the photos and we loved our stay there. Only thing I would say is you definitely need a car to get to the shopping market and into other places, however with a car you can go to lots of places. The agent Scott was very helpful and nothing was a bother to him. We will definitely return to this villa and will recommend this villa to anyone wishing for Luxury. Andrea
