I had a great stay at the property, it was perfect for my family with young kids.
My only complaint was that on the check out day, I was packed up and ready to leave at 10 am but the cleaners rushed in and basically kicked us out before we could do one last look of all the cupboards and drawers. Turns out, three pairs of shoes were left behind.
I promptly contacted the hotel by email and they informed me that yes, the cleaners did find the shoes (they were soccer cleats as my kids play soccer in Spain). The reception told me to email back confirming an address to ship the shoes to. We are leaving back to Canada on Saturday morning, but are in Sevilla right now so have asked for the shoes to be shipped to our hotel here.
Unfortunately, I have sent multiple emails and had our current hotel concierge call the Wyndham in Costa del sol but no one has replied to our multiple emails or calls.
So frustrating as these shoes are so important for games my kids have played, and I know they are at the resort and would be much easier to ship to Seville vs Canada.
Communication is obviously highly lacking at the resort. Hopefully, this review will prompt a response from the Wyndham staff.
